I have had Tumeric capsules before. These ones are OK. I tend to open the capsules and sprinkle them on my food. With these ones a coating is retained on the inside of the capsule - not much, but a thin layer. Don't feel any different taking these than not taking them but they don't seem to do any harm

Adding black pepper to it apparently aids the absorption, so that's good to have. The capsules are fairly average in size, not too big and not too small, and are easy to swallow. There's no aftertaste, which is good. The ingredients seem natural, with nothing added, so another good reason to buy. The price for 2 months supply is quite reasonable, particularly given the relatively high strength, so if you're looking to add turmeric to your diet, this is a pretty good buy.
